When can I expect to receive my order?
- Books and Journals (2012 - present) will be shipped directly from the publisher
- Made to Order items will be shipped via a third party and can take anywhere from 4-8 business days. These items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
- All other items will be shipped from CENTRO office by our staff and can expect to be fulfilled within 7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. At the moment, we offer free standard shipping (4-8 business days from date of fulfillment) on all orders.
Can I make classroom-related use bulk order purchases?
- Bulk Centro Journal and Book orders for classroom use are available for purchase at a 40% discount. Free instructor exam copies included with purchase.
- Centro Educational Materials (pg.10 in catalogue) are also available at 40% discount. You must submit a written plan documenting proposed program use.
- To bulk order you must first submit a written request to Ileana Pineiro via email: ip520@hunter.cuny.edu
How do I place an institutional purchase order?
Institutional purchase orders must be sent to CENTRO by mail or via email to: Ileana Pineiro, ip520@hunter.cuny.edu
- If submitting a purchase order, CENTRO will invoice the institution for payment.
- Institutions have the option of prepayment. To do so, use the Hunter College FEIN 13-6001027.
- New York State Sales tax applicable except for institutions with a tax-exempt status certificate. A copy must be submitted with the order.
I am having a problem placing my order. What should I do?

I would like to return my order. How can I do this?
Please view our Shipping & Returns policy. Please note that all Made-to-Order items are final sale. Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Please note that CENTRO and La Bodega will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, item, or color.
Can I have a sale or promotion applied retroactively to a previous order?
We typically offer promotions around Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Black Friday. Promotions & Sales cannot be retroactively applied. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
